Damages and Issues
We ensure every piece is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our boutique. However, please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your jewelry arrives defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at mysabyc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will evaluate the situation immediately and work with you to make it right, typically by offering a repair or a replacement of the exact same item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As stated above, all items are non-returnable. This strictly includes custom products (such as special orders, resized rings, or personalized items), sale items, and gift cards.
